SPARTA PLANNING BOARD POSTPONES HOUSING ELEMENT HEARING

NJ SPARTA — Sparta Planning Board postpones Housing Element hearing. Acting Chairman Ernie Reigstad presided over the special meeting with 10 of 11 members present; Birgit Bogler was absent. Affordable Housing Attorney Steve Warner announced that the Amended Fourth Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan, along with the Master Plan Re-Examination Report, would be rescheduled with new public notice.
The board convened primarily for Executive Session to discuss pending litigation (Sparta Township, Docket No. SSX-L-69-25). The meeting adjourned at 8:58 PM with no additional public business conducted.
