Council introduces disputed disabled veteran tax ordinance 4-1

NJ SPARTA — The Sparta Township Council introduced an ordinance amending the disabled veteran tax refund program on a 4-1 vote, with Deputy Mayor Sylvester dissenting as multiple residents urged the body to find alternative budget solutions.
